Daniel Ddumba

Dr. Saul Daniel Ddumba is a distinguished Climate Change Specialist, Climate Finance & Policy Expert, ESG Safeguard Expert, and Climate Justice Expert with over 16 years of international experience in research, training, and policy examination. A Fulbright Alumni, he holds a Ph.D. from Michigan State University in the USA and a Master of Science in Applied Meteorology from the University of Reading in the UK. His expertise encompasses climate change modeling, environmental impact assessment, gender mainstreaming, policy analysis, and climate and disaster risk assessments and management for mainland and coastal communities in Africa. Dr. Ddumba’s extensive background and dedication have made him a leading figure in addressing climate-related challenges. His contributions to the field continue to influence and shape climate policies and practices across the continent.
